Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

High Intent Media Inc is a Delaware corporation. References to we, us, our, or High Intent mean High Intent Media Inc. The website at highintentmedia.lovable.app and any successor domain is the Site.

2. Eligibility

The Site is built for professionals working in or on the dating industry. By using the Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts and sign-in

We use magic-link sign-in. When you enter your email we send you a single-use link that signs you in. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Use of the Site is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Violations can result in content removal, account suspension, and where appropriate referral to law enforcement.

5. User content

You keep ownership of any content you post (comments, replies, submissions, feedback). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content on and in connection with the Site, including on our channels promoting the Site.

You represent that your content is yours to post and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We can remove or edit user content at our discretion. We do not pre-screen everything and we are not responsible for user content, but we will act on credible reports of abuse, illegality, or infringement.

6. Our content

Editorial, research, services pages, capital pages, platform pages, and other content we publish on the Site is owned by High Intent or licensed to us. You can read it, share links to it, and quote short passages with attribution and a link back. You cannot republish substantial portions, scrape the Site to train models or build derivative datasets, or pass our work off as your own. Bona fide news reporting and academic use are welcome. Email us if you want to do something larger.

7. Third-party links and tools

The Site links to third-party sites, including our network properties at datingpartners.com, datingsummit.com, datingindustryinsights.com, and others. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Read their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Newsletters and emails

When you give us your email for newsletters or signups we will send the emails you asked for and occasional related editorial messages. Every email has an unsubscribe link. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

9. No professional advice

Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, investment, tax, regulatory, or other professional advice. The capital pages are not an offer to buy or sell securities and they are not investment advice. See the Disclaimers for the long version.

10. Service availability

We work to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We can change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Site at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that information will be accurate or current.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, High Intent will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangibles, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold High Intent and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your content, or your breach of these terms.

14. Termination

You can stop using the Site any time and ask us to close your account. We can suspend or close access if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if we need to for legal, security, or operational reasons. Sections that by their nature survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law) survive.

15. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that the parties cannot resolve informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Small-claims courts in either party's home jurisdiction remain available.

Before filing anything, please email legal@highintentmedia.com with a description of the issue. Most things can be sorted out without a court.

16. Changes

We will update these terms when the site or the law changes. The Last updated date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
